Whether it's a form of braving the summer heat or a subtle way to show some skin, the sheer skirt is popping up on stylish celebs everywhere. "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a Gucci dress with a sheer skirt to the Moscow Film Festival, Kate Moss' Galliano wedding dress featured a sheer bottom, and Anne Hathaway was spotted at the couture shows in Paris in a nearly transparent frock.
