Beauty-conscious Angelenos dreading this weekend’s Carmageddon -- the closing of the 405 Freeway through Sepulveda Pass for 48 hours -- will be envious of the new service Sephora has launched in Manhattan: same-day delivery, via Mini Cooper, of beauty products ordered before 11 a.m. No need to leave home to shop for all those beauty essentials.
