In Britain, the Duchess of Cambridge has created a frenzy for High Street retailers such as Reiss. Just a couple of days after the duchess wore the brand’s body-hugging, nude-colored ‘Shola’ shift dress to meet the Obamas, the style went flying off the racks and sold out. Pop star Lily Allen must have been bitten by the fashion bug while posing as the face of Chanel. She has a vintage store in London called Lucy in Disguise, and she’s launched a vintage-inspired clothing line by the same name.
