Ever wondered how a high school drop-out climbed and clawed her way to the tippity top of the fashion industry to become the monarch of a publishing empire? Anna Wintour is among the most powerful figures in the world of global fashion, earning respect in ateliers and board rooms alike. An intimidating figure -- nicknames include ‘Ice Queen’ and ‘Nuclear Wintour’ -- she can single-handledly determine a fashion designer’s future.

Fashion fans saw how she puts American Vogue together in the film ‘The September Issue’ and now can find out more about this driven woman in a profile airing Thursday night as part of the Bloomberg television series ‘Game Changers.’
