Golden Globes: Emma Stone, Nicole Kidman -- fashion understatements

I love Emma Stone's peach Calvin Klein dress. So simple, sleek and confident. And modern! Makes everything else on the red carpet look overly frilly and duded-up. 

Elsewhere on the red carpet, we're seeing a lot of neutral colors -- black, cream, beige, chocolate brown. Case in point: Nicole Kidman is in an understated cream sequin one-shouldered Prada gown with a small bow at the waist.
