Kate Middleton is believed to be zeroing in on a dress designer to gown her for her pending wedding to Britain’s Prince William. Oddsmakers are saying there’s a 1 in 3 chance it will be Bruce Oldfield, a favorite of London society women who sometimes dressed Princess Diana. No comment from Oldfield. ‘Just speculation,’ said a spokesman for the prince. [WWD]

William Rast’s collaboration with Target is due to hit stores and the retailer’s website Dec. 19.
