Katy Perry and Russell Brand married in India on Saturday. Although they had joked about making it a nudist ceremony, Perry reportedly wore a dove gray haute couture dress by Elie Saab. [US Weekly] Reports are that the wedding required two elephants -- for whom a red carpet was rolled out. At pre-wedding festivities on Friday night, Perry reportedly wore a simple red sari. [People]

First nail polish (a few shades for OPI), now fragrance. Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber is launching a unisex scent, My World, in partnership with new company Etoile Nation Beauty. The twist? Instead of bottles of perfume, the line will consist of wristbands and dog tags infused with scent. They are slated to go on sale at Wal-Mart the day after Thanksgiving. [WWD]
