Emmys: Paquin's warrior chic

So far, less has been more on the Emmys red carpet. That is until “True Blood” star Anna Paquin arrived in a traffic-stopping Alexander McQueen. The black silk charmeuse gown had a bodice and shoulder line embroidered with gold-colored metal discs. Call it warrior chic. The dress is actually the work of Sarah Burton, who took over as creative director after McQueen committed suicide in February. It is from Burton’s resort 2011 collection.
