Emmys: Julia Ormond’s earthy smoky eye
It might be because I caught “Legends of the Fall” on TV this weekend, but I was genuinely excited to see actress Julia Ormond gliding down the Emmys red carpet looking ravishing in a raspberry gown with a natural glowing face.
Dior Global Makeup Advisor Shane Paish created an "easy-to-wear" look for Ormand.
"I went for a mottled, smokey brown eye," Paish says. "It looks a bit worn in. The lips are muted out to make the dress color -- a bright raspberry -- really pop."
He used Dior blush in Passion Fruit on her cheeks, Rouge Dior lip color #298, Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Sunset Cafe, Dior Waterproof Crayon Eyeliner in Trinidad Black and Dior Show Mascara.
