Beauty Fix: Jouer’s chic new click-together palette for fall

Jouer, the cosmetics brand that spearheaded puzzle piece-style click together cases, has always combined trend-right colors with superior portability.
But the L.A.-based company has combined form and function in an especially chic fashion with its newest ready-made palette, the Weekender.
The day-to-night palette practically erases the need to pack a makeup bag for weekend getaways (though you’ll need to toss in a mascara for high-impact eyes).
The palette includes a bevy of souped-up basics that flatter nearly every skin tone. There’s a trio of neutral eye shadows, in cream and medium and dark brown; a pressed bronzer and sheer powder duo (the powder section looks ultra-light, but it really is sheer); a peachy-pink cream tint and lighter toned highlighter for cheeks; and a shimmering bronze-hued lip gloss.
Best of all, you can detach any of the items from their jigsaw-esque configuration and toss them into a clutch for an evening out.
Priced at $58 and available Sept. 1 at Henri Bendel and at jouercosmetics.com, the pretty palette is sure to be the perfect companion for autumn getaways.
