Hervé Léger boutique opens Thursday at South Coast Plaza. The first Orange County boutique for Hervé Léger by Max Azria, which covers 1,022-square-feet, will carry the ready-to-wear collection basesdon the iconic bandage dress plus swimwear, shoe and bags.
