High heels and luxury wheels: Victoria Beckham is Range Rover’s new creative design executive

Beckham Luxury car brand Range Rover has announced that Victoria Beckham will be the brand’s creative design executive, lending her input on all things high-end for future projects, starting with a Special Edition Range Rover Evoque.

"Victoria Beckham is a talented British fashion designer and is extremely knowledgeable about great design and trends," said Gerry McGovern, design director of Land Rover and Range Rover.  "Victoria understands luxury products -- she is a Range Rover fan and has been a Range Rover owner for many years. I believe this appointment adds a new dimension to my design team as we continue to design products to appeal to a wider audience."

No doubt Beckham (who wore a beige dress from her own line paired with sky-high Brian Atwood heels to the 40th birthday celebration of the Range Rover brand at the Orangery at Kensington Palace, where her appointment was announced) must keep a fleet of Range Rovers. And with her penchant for the finer things, she might have a few ideas about adding even more luxe amenities into the SUVs.

Stiletto-friendly gas and brake pedals perhaps?

Victoria Beckham is so gorgeous. I like how herhigh heels coordinate with her skirt which compliments her shirt. I'm so jealous of her sense of style and fashion that I think I'm going to start trying to model my outfits after her.
