personally, i won't be buying prada anytime soon or ever again. i have had the worst experience trying to get them to fix a purse that is falling apart. the leather on the handle is cracking and the purse is less than a year old. i took it into the prada store on rodeo drive to see if they would fix it (i would have paid for the repairs) but the stuck-up accessories manager told me that since i bought it at a saks fifth avenue store, they weren't going to do anything about it. so i took it back to saks fifth avenue and they want the receipt, certificate of authenticity, blah, blah. who holds onto a receipt for a year?! needless to say, now i have a ridiculously expensive purse that is now falling apart. we'll see if saks fixes this problem. really, who doesn't warranty their own product, regardless of where it was purchased?
