Neon lip gloss pops for spring

Most of the spring makeup collections have juicy-hued lip colors that are so girly and fun, it almost doesn’t matter if flourescent orange doesn’t exactly flatter my skin tone.

The most electrifying shade (in the bottle anyway) I’ve found is Chanel’s Gloss Fluo Brilliant Lip Shine. It’s a pink, strawberry shade that seems to glow with electricity right through the plastic tube, but on the mouth, it’s a shiny pop of sheer pink that would suit most skin tones.

On the more extreme side, Makeup Forever is making highly pigmented glosses that come in opaque lollipop colors. These go on looking like what you see in the tube, so if you have pop-star tendencies, these shades are probably for you.

These glosses add flash to a spring wardrobe whether slicked across your lips or sitting in your makeup bag.
