Umbrella sales benefit relief efforts in Haiti

Most L.A. residents have never had to buy an umbrella, relying on the same one that's been stuffed into the backseat pocket of the car collecting dust.

But with this kind of rain, investing in an umbrella is an essential and you might as well buy something really stylish.

Not only are the whimsical printed umbrellas from Unique Vintage really chic, from now until the end of January the Burbank-based company will be donating 20% of umbrella sales to the Red Cross benefiting relief efforts in Haiti.

A bright spot in this rainy weather.
