Grammys fashion: On the red carpet, the men are looking fine

At the Grammys, the men’s suit is anything but business as usual. John Legend is wearing a silver suit with a cream mesh sweater underneath and Usher a beige Emporio Armani three-piece suit with an oversized check shirt and a polka dot tie.

The cool guy accessory isn’t a pair of shades, it’s a shady hat. LL Cool J told Ryan Seacrest his fedora is “an ode to Michael Jackson.” Elvis Costello is wearing a hat, too, in red carpet red.

Then there’s Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino from “The Jersey Shore” unbuttoning his blue shirt to show off his abs for the cameras. (Gym, tan, laundry!) Speaking of grooming, Flo Rida has the most perfectly shaved beard I’ve ever seen and two Gobstopper-sized diamonds in his ears.

And the group MGMT is taking thrift-store chic to a new level. These dudes are wearing more clashing prints than a closet full of clown clothes.
