Grammys beauty: Beyonce’s tinsel tresses

Beyonce is once again looking radiant in a nude, body-con dress and long, straight locks. It’s a relatively subtle look for her considering she usually has multi-carat diamond accessories and a more va va voom gown.
But she was sporting something sparkly that caught my eye, She seems to have strands of iridescent tinsel running through her hair from root to tip. Not sure what this technique is called or how those shiny strands are staying locked in to her hair.
Leave it to Beyonce to start a new hair trend on the red carpet and literally bring the tinsel to tinsel town.
