Neiman Marcus opens its Last Call store, the third in Southern California, at the Block at Orange today. The Dallas-based retailer is offering fashionistas dibs on inaugural shipment designer looks priced as much as 65% off retail, culled from Neiman stores across the U.S.A. 20 City Blvd. West, Orange. (714) 939-6806. 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
