New York salon Blow, voted best blowout by Vogue, Allure and InStyle, is setting up shop at Loews Santa Monica’s Ocean Spa & Fitness. Loews’ in-house salon is the first in California to also carry Blow Hair Care products -- free of sulfates, parabens and detergents -- for use at home. The signature salon blowout is $45, $55 with shampoo. Prolong your blowout with an oversized terry-lined shower cap that’s a gift with purchase ($18 retail value) until Aug 1.
