Louis Vuitton: The French luxury retailer opens its seventh Southern California outpost, this one in the San Fernando Valley. Behind its trademark Damier-print windows, the boutique will stock the customary luggage and handbags plus shoes, fashion jewelry, sunglasses and ties. Check out the ‘bag bar’ displaying the latest accessory collaboration.

True Religion: The made-in-the-USA denim brand opens a woodsy boutique in the Beverly Center. New warmer-weather styles for women include boyfriend jeans and shorts. Men can find the vintage-inspired XXX collection featuring leather back pockets, rusted tacks and rivets. Denim prices range from $172 to $361.

Moods of Norway: The Norwegian youth-spirited men’s and women’s collection known for its colorful prints opens its first U.S. flagship on Robertson. The store, which resembles a Scandinavian cottage (complete with a tractor), will showcase the line’s $44 women’s T-shirts, $150 dresses and $549 men’s blazers plus seasonal offerings such as its cobranded Helly Hansen snowboard jackets.
