Ann Coulter attacks Michelle Obama's style

Conservative dervish Ann Coulter -- a woman with a penchant for peroxide and very short little black dresses -- has shredded Michelle Obama's style.  The N.Y. Daily News reports that Coulter's upcoming book, "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and their Assault on America," includes this take on the future first lady's look:

Her obvious imitation of Jackie O's style - the flipped-under hair, the sleeveless A-line dresses, the short strands of fake pearls - would have been laughable if done by anyone other than a media-designated saint.

Clearly, Coulter forgets that fashion types love to titter and their resounding approval of Obama's distinctive look has nothing to do with party lines. And never mind that Obama has bravely worn lesser known designers like Thakoon and Narciso Rodriguez. The fact that Coulter goes on to applaud Cindy McCain's stiff and rather uninspired style only further disqualifies her as a fashion critic. But it would be fun to weigh in on GOP vs. liberal style. Anyone?

Well coulter is right. It is obvious MO is copying Jackie Kennedy's image. I can't blame here though, the media has been comparing her and her husband to the kennedy's non stop, who can blame her for giving them what they wanted and what they were guaranteed to applaude. MO could have showed up in a trashbag and the media would have given it rave reviews and tried to get a trashbag trend going.

It is hard to take anything seriously that Coulter has to say about fashion, since she is dressed so poorly. Does she have any other clothes - than that black dress and with those toothpick white legs, she looks like death always. please get a tan.
and as usual the too long dyed hair for her age. She dresses as if she going to pledge at a sorority. Mrs. McCain tried too hard, specially the first night of the convention, in that mustard seed dress, that looked like it was glued on. She is a pretty woman, and looked her best , when she was causal in the foreign land taking care of the kids. I am glad we don't have to watch her fashion show for 4 years!!

It sounds like Ann Coulter is a sore loser! How bitter, to go after Michelle Obama's fashion. Fashion matters the least of all the things the Obama's have to deal with. If Ann were really as intelligent as she claims herself to be, she would find some fault in platform to attack the Obama's on, or if she can't find any, which seems to be the case, just change the subject!

By the way, in a woman's view, Michelle Obama is gorgeous. I would do anything to look even half as good as her, no matter how she dresses. Methinks Ann Coulter (along with her prominent Adam's apple) is jealous!

Mrs. Hussein Obama's fashion is only a topic of discussion now because the lib's and media drooled over it during the presidential acceptance speech. The media gloats more about every move the First family makes. As if they're the anointed saviors that will bring us out of our current state of affairs. I think Ann has it wrong. Since when do you have to wear famous designer clothes and expensive jewelry to exhibit good taste and style? Michelle Obama is confident and has shown good taste in fashion. She wears styles that fit and flatter her taking into consideration her figure type, age, etc. She will be a wonderful role model for American women.

Perspective is an important thing.

Conterversy sells, and as Ann Coulter points fingers and runs the bath water for the media and those people who will no doubt fall into luke warm bath water, her books are selling.

Her references in her books are exactly what she accuses others are doing. She makes fun of, and redirects people anger on things that have little real foundation to be angry about. Machelle's dress? Who cares really? A thought? She plays people and does it to sell her books. OR she is really suffering from some kind of personality disorder. Either way, to get caught up in anything she says or does only magnifies her ability to wrestle up more money.

Just think about what is really important, and next week I am sure there will be a book from Ann regarding how UFO's stole JFK mind.

Ann Coulter...so much anger and hate-speak spewing from her - no self-respecting woman would be that nasty. Fashion deva??? Dressed in a "Pretty in Black" ensemble reminiscent of a Black Widow??? She should redirect her energy towards something fitting her ultra-conservative, so far to the right she fell off the chart philosophy, and focus on teenage abstinance.
