Services for Martin Cohan, a prolific TV writer and producer who co-created the ABC sitcom ‘Who’s the Boss?’ will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Sinai Memorial Park, 5950 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles.

Cohan died May 19 of lymphoma. He was 77. His news obituary can be found here.
