What was John Espinosa like? Watch 'The Treasure of the Sierra Madre'

Treasure of Sierra Madre The family of John Espinosa turned to film to describe the teacher who died Oct. 8 at 91:

His favorite movie was 1948’s "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre," which embodied his principles, his humor and his fondness for themes of sacrifice, loyalty, charity, redemption and hard work. Like the men depicted in that film, John Espinosa was a fighter. He was tough to the end and would dig into the earth with his bare hands to feed those in need.
